Return & Exchange Policy

For watches, Tick Talk Co offers returns and exchanges only if:

  • You received a damaged product, or
    You received a wrong product/model/color

No other return or exchange reasons are accepted (such as change of mind, dislike, size preference, etc.).


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must provide a complete unboxing video of the package.

The video must clearly show:

  • The parcel in sealed condition
    Full opening process
    Clear proof of damage or wrong product

Without this video, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.


Returning Your Purchase

Returning a watch to Tick Talk Co is simple. You can initiate a request via:

After reviewing your unboxing video, we will schedule a pickup.

Please ensure that:

The watch is unused and in original condition
Only the main product needs to be returned
The unboxing video requirement is fulfilled


Refund Policy

If your watch is eligible (damaged/wrong product), here is the refund process:

Refund Initiation

We initiate a 100% refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned shipment.

Refund Method

  • Online Payment Orders:
    Refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders:
    Share your bank account no., bank name, and IFSC code.
    Refund will be processed via NEFT/IMPS within 2 to 5 days.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund is issued only after:

βœ” Parcel is delivered to you
βœ” Reverse pickup is completed
βœ” Item reaches warehouse
βœ” Unboxing video is verified and approved


Exchange Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • After reverse pickup, we will dispatch your exchange watch from our warehouse.
    Only same model or same value exchange is allowed.
    No custom-size or tailoring option is applicable for watches.

Limitation

Only one-time refund or exchange is allowed per order.


Return & Exchange Processing Timeline

  • Pickup of Item: 1–3 days after your request
  • Warehouse Delivery: 15–25 days (courier transit time)
  • Refund/Exchange Processing: After warehouse verifies the product + your unboxing video

Additional Charge for Returns

  • Damaged/Wrong Product Return:
    No charges β€” completely free return.
  • All Other Reasons:
    Returns are not accepted (Only damaged/wrong product eligible).
